Grantham area defendants are sentenced by magistrates | Updated: 18:33, 15 March 2021 Grantham area defendants brought before the courts recently include: Kane Bobby Ashley Brackenbury, 28, of The Eden Hotel, North Parade, Grantham: admits having in his possession a quantity of class A drug cocaine in Grantham on October 16, 2020; stealing clothing from Boyes on October 12, 2020; and stealing clothing from Matalan on October 6, 2020. He was discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £40 towards costs. Ryan John Inman, 22, of Waggon and Horses, High Street, Caythorpe: admits driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the A607 at Fulbeck on September 13, 2020 with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath â the legal limit is 35mcg. He also admits being the driver of the vehicle when an accident occurred whereby injury was caused to another person, and failing to stop. Inman was fined £666, ordered to pay a £67 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.
