Great Rubber Duck Race to return Labor Day weekend; Regatta

Charleston Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin gives Puddles the duck a hug during a news conference Friday announcing the return of The Great Rubber Duck Race fundraiser. The Great Rubber Duck Race, a longtime staple of the Sternwheel Regatta, is returning to the city later this year after a 16-year hiatus.
