Greater Cleveland Partnership teams with Wright Brothers Institute CRAIN'S CLEVELAND BUSINESS Greater Cleveland Partership president and CEO Baiju R. Shah The Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP) is teaming up with the Wright Brothers Institute (WBI) in Dayton to grow the aerospace businesses in Northeast Ohio. The two groups on Wednesday, May 26, announced their collaborative agreement. The nonprofit WBI is a technology commercialization center for the Air Force Research Laboratory in Dayton. WBI was created, in part, to foster research and development at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, according to a news release. The group drives technology development to help solve the Air Force's challenges.
