Grimsby 10k will go ahead tomorrow with 2,000 runners and raft of safety measures as Covid rate soars
The events are to take place this weekend
Tomorrow, 2,000 runners will hit the streets of Grimsby for the Orsted Great Grimsby 10k.
It is the first big public event to be held in the area since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020.
However, coronavirus rates in the area continue to soar to the highest levels we have seen and North East Lincolnshire Council's message is clear - stay safe.
