Grrr! Why are used cars so expensive in India : vimarsana.co

I see asking prices upto 75% and above for 5 year old cars.. Really!.. In UK/US, typical depreciation is 50% in 3-4 years for exceptionally maintained cars. why are these so expensive in India??
