The 6-month-old child was missing for a little more than an hour Monday after the car the baby was in was stolen, according to Hamden police. The child was found unharmed and a suspect was arrested, Smith said. Richardson Wong-Aponte, 37, of Woodin Street, is charged with second-degree kidnapping, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree larceny, as well as on outstanding warrants from other cases, Smith said.
