The state of Massachusetts is currently earning a failing grade for its vaccine rollout, according to a Harvard University professor.
Graham Allison, the Douglas Dillon Professor of Government for Harvard’s Kennedy School, says Massachusetts is getting an “F” in three of the four key performance measures among the 50 states in the country.Sign up for our Newsletters
For the past two days, people who had vaccination appointments at Springfield’s Eastfield Mall – most of them seniors – had to wait outside in the cold because of a backlog created by appointments that were canceled during Sunday’s snowstorm.
