'The product failed dismally': NRCS recalls 'substandard' Ec

The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications has confirmed the nationwide recall of a "substandard" cement product, Econo Cement, to ensure it doesn't "pose a risk to consumers and South Africa's economy".
