Grange Development Consulting and Costa Property Group’s proposal was rejected for planning approval by the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel in July last year, but was passed 3-2 at a follow-up meeting on Monday. A $320 million triple tower project in Nedlands has been approved. Revised plans for 97-105 Stirling Highway were submitted late last year to the local government for community consultation after the developers appealed the JDAP decision to the State Administrative Tribunal.
