The Holidays can be a very stressful time and it can often be hard to recognize and cope with everything going on. Several things can occur internally when your body undergoes stress. The things that your body may experience could potentially be detrimental to your health. Sometimes when we are experiencing stress or dealing with a stressful situation, we don’t know what’s happening physiologically in our bodies. It can be a lot easier to identify the feeling of stress than it is to understand why you might be reacting the way that you are because of what is happening internally.
