A member of the Atlanta team, Henderson joined the firm upon its Atlanta office’s official opening on February 1, 2020. Henderson received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. After graduating from law school, Henderson clerked for the Honorable Eugene M. Benton, Superior Court Judge in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit in Monroe and Covington, Georgia. In 2014, Henderson entered private practice at a boutique litigation firm in Atlanta, representing medical providers in malpractice claims and small businesses in a wide variety of general liability, product liability, and premises liability claims. Since 2017, his practice has focused on the defense of auto manufacturers, component part suppliers, and other product manufacturers in product liability claims and the representation of national and local businesses alike in general liability claims.
