So exercise and eating healthy are even bigger resolutions this year. "U.S. News & World Report" just put out its annual list of the best diets for weight loss and overall health. They also factor in how easy each diet is to stick to. Here's what they say . . . 1. The Mediterranean Diet is the best overall. It includes a lot of fish, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. But you also get to drink wine, so that's a plus. The DASH Diet and the Flexitarian Diet tied for second.
