Highland Heights installs license plate readers at three key

The city of Highland Heights has installed automatic license plate readers at three key intersections to help police locate wanted suspects passing by. HHPD Chief James Cook said that the LPRs will not be used to catch speeders or to keep track of the comings and goings of individuals.
