Hillingdon had London’s second highest percentage of children offered their first-choice primary school on 16th April. Out of the 3,664 primary school applications processed by Hillingdon Council, 93.7% of children were offered their parents' first preference, while 98.79% offered a place at one of their top three, and 99.3% offered one of their six selections. Hillingdon’s Cabinet Member for Education and Children's Services Susan O'Brien said: "I am delighted to see so many children in Hillingdon receive their parents' preferred primary school place. “In Hillingdon, we have many good and outstanding rated schools, and I am confident that every child will get the best learning experience from their primary school.
