Carling Assessment Centre Friday, Dec. 25th: Open from noon to 4pm. Dec. 26th to Jan. 3rd: Open 11am to7pm. The Centre will continue with regular hours on Monday, Jan. 4th. Book your appointment here. Oakridge Assessment Centre The Centre will reopen on Monday, Jan. 4th. Phone lines will also be closed. Appointments are encouraged to be made online. Both Centres will only test those who are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to a confirmed case of the virus (as informed by Middlesex London Health Unit or the COVID Alert app).
