Raylene de Villiers is a Certified Sleep Consultant at Good Night Baby. I think most of us are looking forward to having a bit of a break this festive season. Whether you are staying home and having guests over or going away on holiday, here are a few things that you can do to ensure your baby remains in a good sleep routine. If you have guests over try and limit the stimulation a few extra minutes before a nap time than you would do normally. Do a good nap wind-down of 10 minutes in your baby's room with white noise on and maybe reading a book or singing a nursery rhyme.
