It’s really what a chamber should be doing.” Restaurant weeks, popular in cities like Boston, Worcester and Providence, Rhode Island, are limited-time promotions where restaurants offer special, often discounted, menus. They are usually held for one or two weeks in late winter or early spring, often feature fine dining establishments, and limit customers to a predetermined menu.
