Looking forward, Mr Adams said there was no room for complacency. He said: "I'm confident it's going to be very different but we're going to have a very nice summer, things are going to be very different. "We're not going to have all of our events it will be more subdued but we're still planning for the future here in Cromer supporting a few events and our winter events, so we're optimistic that by that point in time things can start to get back to normal." Reflecting on the year, he added: "I wouldn't want to do all of it again, the impact it's had on people's health besides coronavirus has been significant and we have clearly got a big recovery to do, but we will recover."
