Andy Dodd will be stepping down as Hoylake RNLI Coxswain to take on a new role in the RNLI Picture: RNLI/Nigel Millard HE has been coxswain of Hoylake Lifeboat since 2016 ... and now Andy Dodd is preparing to step down from the role for a new challenge in the RNLI. Andy has been promoted to area lifesaving manager within the charity and take up the job later this year. He will be responsible for providing support to five lifeboat stations in Cardigan Bay. He brings with him his considerable experience of volunteering and working in the RNLI and the wider maritime sector.
