Derek N. Benner, executive associate director for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a division of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement which oversees the IPR Center, and Bob Barchiesi, IACC President, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) during a virtual ceremony.
