Yahoo Inc’s. strong plan to spin off more than $20 billion worth of shares in Alibaba Holding Group Ltd. without acquiring a tax bill just got more hazardous. The Internet company said in a documenting Monday it will push ahead with a spinoff in spite of not having the express gift of tax controllers. The Internal Revenue Service prior this month denied Yahoo’s solicitation for a good controlling of the plan.
