weekend there. unbelievable violence and it's increased. people asking why how could this possibly happen. rod wheeler, homicide investigator he has an inkling as to why this is happening. he said look at the leadership. >> crime hasn't dissipated or slowed down at all since the death of freddie gray. the same amount of crime we had today we had prior to the riots. the riots had nothing to do with the death of freddie gray. these are people out there rioting their city and burning things up. what kind of effect has it had on the police department? and i can tell you it's had a negative effect on the police department why? because of that same mayor. this is the same mayor that told the police officers to stand doubt and not to do their jobs. >> wow, so that's what we're seeing. >> rod is right the police morale is at an all time low. they're afraid of being sued if they do their job. it's funny, who do you call when there's a problem? can you come over, we have a problem. then i don't want to say gun shy, but they are.
