obviously, from some very specific moneyed concerns saying it's no big deal or we can't do anything about it even if it is a big deal. you've got the rest of the world listening to the scientists saying this is the largest crisis that mankind has yet engaged. we have to engage it with everything we've got into do you guys see the front edge effects here? >> of course we do. we've seen our summer season extending by a month over the past few decades. we see saltwater coming up out of the storm drains when it didn't used to do it. >> saltwater out of the storm drains. >> yeah, so particularly along the coastal reaches, when the tides come in especially when there's a full moon, the all the drains become suppliers of saltwater into the streets. that's what we call rainy day flooding. you can have a beautiful beg your pardon, that's what we call sunny day flooding. you can have a beautiful day and the streets fill up with water. you stick your finger down there and you taste it and you go what's that's saltwater. that's not rain water.
