roger vinson, he's worked at beggs and lane, a law firm that i worked with for a little while. again, he is a republican appointed by reagan in '83. moderate temperament. and even though we didn't talk politics a whole lot because he's a serious federal judge and he takes it seriously in private conversations, he doesn't go into politics, he's just a moderate sort of -- i don't know if i'd say a gerald ford sort of republican, but he's very moderate. there's no doubt that -- the 11th circuit, which is a conservative circuit, is going to uphold this. i'm sure of it. and you can bet that roberts will agree with vinson as will as alito, as will scalia, as will thomas. it's going to come down to anthony kennedy on whether the united states government can compel citizens to purchase
