A 27-year-old man allegedly shot his mother dead during a domestic dispute early Tuesday morning at a Gardnerville home, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. The investigation has identified the suspect as Jarek Kozlowski, 27. The victim, Michelle Kozlowski, was found fatally shot in the street near the Manhattan Way home.
