Congress launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of failing to fulfill promises made during his tenure. Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh highlighted unmet guarantees such as job creation, farmers' income doubling, and eradication of black money. He accused Modi of open corruption, failure in Ganga river cleanup, and unsuccessful initiatives like 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' and 'Smart Cities.'
