Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier have emphasized the necessity of resuming the comprehensive peace process in the Middle East, to ensure the establishment of an independent Palestinian state. Sheikh Tamim announced in a post on his official X account on Wednesday that he had had extensive talks with the German President, focusing on the cooperation between the two countries in investment and energy.
