The Lebanon, Virginia, boy sold his beloved Pokémon card collection to save the puppy, who had been diagnosed with Parvo, a highly contagious dog virus. His mom, Kimberly Woodruff, also started a GoFundMe to raise money for veterinary expenses and thanks to kind strangers everywhere, it’s received over $5-thousand in donations. Bruce the dog is now back home and healthier than ever and his good deed caught the attention of Pokémon employees.
