A Richmond man has been sentenced to four years and nine months in prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Brandon Stephon Brown, 31, was observed by Richmond Police Department detectives on March 22, 2023, approaching a breezeway in an apartment complex. Detectives saw a black handgun fall between Brown’s legs as he reached into his pants.
