The 15th edition of Bengaluru International Film Festival (BIFFes) will kickstart at Vidhana Soudha on Thursday. CM Siddaramaiah will inaugurate the festival, and theatre/film director Jabbar Patel, Kannada actor Shivaraj Kumar and Bangladeshi actress Azmeri Bandhon will grace the event. Three-time Grammy Award-winner Ricky Kej will regale the audience with a cultural programme. The opening film will be from Switzerland — Bonnie Switzerland.
