Keep it Cleaner, a fitness app founded by Melbourne-based personal trainers Laura Henshaw and Steph Claire Smith, has experienced “tremendous” growth in the past year, according to Henshaw, and its clients, who are mostly young women, have favoured yoga and Pilates workouts.
