Conservation Districts of Iowa has hired Tom Phillips as a Private Lands Wildlife Specialist for Kossuth, Palo Alto, Humboldt and Emmet Counties. Phillips will work through local Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) offices and will be an additional resource to aide landowners seeking to restore and improve wildlife habitat on their property. This position will also be able to connect landowners with conservation programs to help them achieve their business goals.
