Jammu & Kashmir High Court orders Defence Ministry to pay ₹2.49 crore rent to persons dispossessed of land by Army : vimarsana.com

The Court held that the land allotted to Displaced Persons from PoK has been under unauthorized occupation by the Union of India since 1978. Additional rent should be paid for the period from 2009 on, the Court added.
