Long-time head coach Dave Adolph departs as the winningest coach in the history of Canadian men’s university hockey after 27 years. Leading the search for a new hire, Hardy reached out to Mike Babcock. Babcock was one of the most decorated coaches still active in the sport, and Hardy said he was not expecting much — but you gotta shoot your shot, right?
