After briefly reviewing the allegations of jammed voting tabulators and the use of a “duffle bag” full of ballots at Fairfield Warde High School, the State Elections Enforcement Commission unanimously rejected the complaint of Paula Gallo, of Fairfield’s Beacon View Drive. The commission, on the advice of Kevin Ahern, an SEEC attorney, agreed that a cost-saving method by Fairfield election officials might have led to more jams than usual in the vote tabulators.
