First Black physician in West Chester Robert Hanna "Doc' dies – Daily Local

Dr. Robert H. Hanna, known as “Doc,” passed away Jan. 27, 2024. He was born on Nov. 26, 1928. West Chester Mayor Lillian DeBaptiste said that Hanna was the first African American physician in West Chester.
