The application brought by EFF Leader Julius Malema and his bodyguard Adriaan Snyman to discharge the charges against them has been dismissed.The duo brought the application subsequent to the state, represented by advocate Joel Ceasar, wrapping up its case after calling 19 witnesses who testified during the state’s case.
