SASSA The agency says recipients haven't been paid because government's in the process of transiting to the current financial year. Government's financial year ended last month. Spokesperson, Sandy Godlwana says before any payments are made in the current financial year - tasks from the previous financial year -- need to be completed. "Sassa would like to apologize for this break in payments and would like to reassure all deserving applicants for their relief grant who have been affected that payments will be made as soon as the administrative processes have been finalised."
