High-flying North Melbourne have continued their perfect start to the AFLW season after accounting for St Kilda by 26 points at Arden Street. The Saints made it hard for the Kangaroos in the first three quarters, but North showed why they are premiership favourites as they gradually wore down St Kilda's resistance to win 5.6 (36) to 1.4 (10). As they did to Geelong last week, the Kangaroos kept the Saints goalless in three quarters, including a scoreless second half, to start their season 2-0 for the second time in three years. North have now conceded just 19 points in two games in 2021. Compounding the loss for the Saints was another injury setback for Bianca Jakobsson.
