How bad is this? Dana 44 LSD Clutch slip (pics) Went to change the diff oil and discovered this misaligned clutch plate. It looks like its been wearing down the housing. Jeep is not being wheeled these days just driving around town. I could rebuild / replace the clutch pack but I think the housing is my concern. If I put new plates in will the same thing keep happening? Seems like the tab of the last clutch pack piece has started slipping out of the housing slot. Almost like theres not enough pressure to keep it in place?
