“If the four PAS-ruled states (Kedah, Kelantan, Perlis and Terengganu) want to have a future, they need to sit at a round table to negotiate with Anwar … they can forge an alliance or to come out with a win-win formula for the Federal government to help the so-called SG4 (State Government 4) states.
