Santiago de Cuba, Feb 28 (Prensa Latina) European, African and Latin American countries will participate in the 21st edition of the Santiago Alvarez In Memoriam International Documentary Festival, which will begin in this Cuban city on March 1, its organizers informed on Wednesday.
