Facebook Share STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Borough residents with varying mobility issues raised concerns about accessibility at the vaccination site that recently opened at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex. The Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex is now being used as a vaccination hub run by the city Department of Health following the reopening of public high schools. Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations scheduled at Staten Island Technical High School were moved to Ocean Breeze beginning March 22.
