THE STANDARD WESTERN The ongoing Matungu by-election has been marred by accusations and counter-accusations pitting three frontrunners. Leaders allied to United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate Alex Lanya stormed Bulonga Primary School voting station in Khalaba Ward claiming that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) had ejected their agents. The leaders were led by MPs Oscar Sudi (Jubilee, Kapseret) and former Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa.
