THE Mindanao Star Bus Transport Inc. (MSTBI), sister company of Vacallar Transit Inc. (VTI), had their annual stockholders' meeting on Saturday, January 16,2021, wherein Leo Rey Yanson was reappointed as the president of the company.
Likewise, Olivia Yanson, the matriarch of the Yanson family, was also re-appointed as MSTBI's corporate secretary and treasurer.
The Mindanao Star Bus Transport stockholders had also re-elected Leo Rey Yanson, Ginnette Dumancas, Charles Dumancas, Rey Ardo and Arvin John Villaruel as members of the company's board of directors.
