PSOE, Sumar, ERC, Bildu, PNV and BNG have registered a proposal to reform the Regulations of the Congress. Deputies will have the right to use in all areas of parliamentary activity, including oral interventions and the presentation of writings, any of the languages that have official status in any Autonomous Community. The proposal that modifies several articles of the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber will be processed directly and in single reading so that it can be approved and enter into force immediately.
