MARTINS FERRY — Martins Ferry and Bridgeport police officers on Thursday arrested three people on drug-related charges at a house on Grant Avenue in the city. Martins Ferry police Chief John McFarland said officers executed a search warrant at 803 Grant Ave. that led to the arrests. “The warrant was based on a drug investigation that the officers have been conducting. As a result of the search, officers located drugs, drug paraphernalia and a stolen handgun,” he said.
