Shepherd Bushiri’s co-accused Willah Modulo will have a new bail application in the Pretoria magistrate's court next Tuesday based on “new facts”.
Mudolo, who runs an investment firm and a property development company, appeared in court on Tuesday alongside his wife Zethu Mudolo and another co-accused, Landiwe Ntlokwana.
NPA spokesperson Sipho Ngwema said Mudolo brought forward a new application for bail based on what he claimed were new facts. The application will be heard on Tuesday May 11.
