Hughes and Stanley counties to test storm sirens as part of

This is Severe Weather Preparedness Week (April 19-23) in South Dakota.
Hughes and Stanley County emergency management director Rob Fines says as part of the designation, a statewide tornado drill will be held this (Wed.) morning.
