An east Hull dad who pleaded he couldn't breathe seven times as 'bravado' security guards excessively held him face-down on the ground was "unlawfully killed", a court has today ruled.
Jack Barnes, 29, from Longhill, east Hull, died after suffering a cardiac arrest at Manchester Victoria Station as he was "excessively" held down by four Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), after he was allegedly caught smoking inside the station.
